During this time, our primary focuses were market research, team building & home design. This provided us with a clearer picture of what our prospective clients needed out of a short-stay rental management company, and we catered our services accordingly. -
2016 - Our First Listing
2016 is when the story really begins to take off. As of January, we had our first property listed and were ready to take on the world. Thanks to our copious market research and word of mouth from satisfied clients, Cozy Hosting grew quickly, which allowed us to expand our offerings... -
2017 - Cleaning Department Established
Efficient cleaning team launched at the end of 2016. To this day, our cleaning team is still growing, providing an exceptional cleaning service at an extremely affordable price. -
2017 - Grow Up Period
With new clients come new opportunities for growth. In 2017, we began branching out and expanding our reach, managing houses and apartments in new suburbs to satisfy a growing demand for vacation rental management. -
